What we collect
When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and message. If you become a pilot client, we also keep the business details and Google Business Profile information you provide to prepare the work you requested.
Business outreach
We may send limited business-to-business outreach about ProfileSteady where permitted. Outreach includes an opt-out, and opted-out contacts are added to a suppression list.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. At this stage, this website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or tracking cookies.
Access to your Google profile
Manager access is optional. We never request your Google password. You can remove our Manager access at any time.
Payments
If online checkout is enabled later, payments may be handled by a third-party processor. ProfileSteady does not store full card numbers.
Data retention and deletion
We keep correspondence and draft content only as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your information or remove our profile access at any time.
