Terms of Service

The service
ProfileSteady provides done-for-you Google review responses and Google Business Profile posts for one location, with approval required before publication. The service does not include Google Ads, SEO, citation management, review solicitation, review gating, or attempts to remove or change reviews.
The pilot
The 14-day pilot costs $149 and covers up to 8 review responses and 4 Business Profile posts for one location, with a two-business-day turnaround on drafts.
Monthly continuation
After the pilot, you may continue at $247/month for up to 12 review responses and 8 Business Profile posts per month. The continuation is optional and is not automatically charged.
Approval and publication
Nothing is published until you approve it. Content is drafted using only information you provide or information already published on your company website. If you want ProfileSteady to publish approved content, you may add us as a Manager; we never ask for your Google password.
Cancellation
During validation, monthly continuation is optional and never starts automatically. If you cancel before the next invoice, no future invoice is due.
Your responsibility for facts
You are responsible for confirming business-specific facts such as services, hours, service areas, and pricing. By approving a draft, you confirm it is accurate enough to publish.
Manager access
If you grant Manager access, it is used only to perform approved ProfileSteady work. You can remove it at any time.
Billing concerns
Billing concerns can be emailed to sam@profilesteady.com. They are reviewed based on the circumstances and work already performed, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
No guarantees
ProfileSteady does not guarantee rankings, calls, leads, reviews, or sales.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ProfileSteady's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days before the claim.
Contact
ProfileSteady is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
